Pique Return Policy
At Pique, we only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, ripped, defective, or broken. Returns are not accepted for items that are in good condition, match their description, or were delivered as advertised.
Eligibility for Returns (Damaged Items Only)
If your item arrives with physical damage or a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, ripped, defective, or if you received the wrong item, reach out to us immediately with clear photos or video so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged.
If approved, you may return the damaged item and purchase the replacement separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
