Pique Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pique! Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Processing & Shipping Times

For all in-stock items (non-pre-orders):

  • Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after processing.

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Some products on Pique are offered as pre-orders. These items will be clearly marked in the product title as “Pre-Order.”

Customers are required to check the product description for approximate shipping dates before purchasing.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated timelines provided in the description.

Please note:

  • Pre-order dates are estimates and may shift due to production or supplier delays.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update once the carrier scans your package.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.
Pique is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier errors

  • Failed delivery attempts

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to have it resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
We will do our best to help, but Pique is not liable for carrier-related issues.
